What we do—
We'll reply within 24 hours, clarify the details and send you possible solutions with an approximate price.
Core and modules, PHP version, SSL certificate, backups.
Forms, cart, payments, layout, errors after updates.
Measurements, caching, database, images, checks before peak periods.
New sections and features, filters, customer portal.
We make sure the exchange with accounting, the CRM, payments and delivery keep working.
We figure out how the website is built and take it on for support.
We collect access to the hosting, domain, admin panel, repository and integrations. If something is missing, we'll tell you where and how to recover it.
We set up a copy of the website. All checks are done on the copy — we don't touch the live site.
We look at the code, customisations, module versions, integrations, backups and how the site gets updated.
What state everything is in, where the risks are, what to fix right away and what can wait.
We test changes on a copy of the website, not on the live one.
If something goes wrong, we roll it back.
We record what was changed, when and why.
The website can still be updated.
The website, domain and code are registered to you.
If the cause is clear from your description, we estimate the work in hours right away. If not, or if the whole website is moving to us, we start with a review on a copy: €45/hour, and the cost counts toward the work.
We estimate the task in hours before work starts.
Individual terms for regular work.
Custom projects on the framework: we study someone else's code, fix it and develop it further.
Interfaces and customer portals.
WordPress, OpenCart, custom-built websites — we support those too.
Every month we send a report: which tasks were done, how many hours each took and what changed on the website.
We only suggest a full rewrite if there's no other way, and we explain why. Usually the review shows that most of the site can be kept and fixed in parts. The decision is yours.
That's what the review is for: we look at the code before taking on any commitments. If some part can't be reliably supported without rework, we'll say so in the report.
All changes are tested on a copy first. Before deploying we make a backup and agree on how to roll back if something goes wrong.
Access stays with you, and we keep a change log from day one. If the project moves to another team, we'll explain to them how the site is built.
