What we do

Every project is different. The order is the same.

If you don't have a project yet

We'll discuss your task and propose a solution. Then help you build and promote it.

If you already have a project

We'll assess where the product stands and decide together what to do, in what order and why.

  1. 01

    We work on a copy

We don't touch your live website until changes are tested.

  2. 02

    Estimate before we start

You know the price before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Nothing changes without your "yes"

New tasks get estimated first. You decide.

  4. 04

The code and access are yours

The website, domain and repository are registered to you.

This is how every project starts — from a landing page to an internal system.

Who is responsible
for your project

The studio has two disciplines: business and IT. Each has its own specialist — the marketer doesn't write code, and the developer doesn't invent your marketing.

We bring in what the task needs: connecting an accounting system doesn't need a marketer, a new website needs both.

About the team and approach

Marketing and promotion

Helps you understand who the product sells to and what it sells, and makes sure people find it: SEO, copywriting, reviews, request analytics.

Development and support

Responsible for how the product is built and how it runs: websites, customer portals, integrations, analytics, support after launch.

The essentials
in brief

"What language do we talk in?"

Our main channel is writing: email, Telegram or Viber. We write in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Serbian.

If your task is easier to discuss by voice, we’ll have a call in English, Russian or Ukrainian.

"Do you work under a contract?"

Yes. Your contract is with PRO WEB STUDIO DOO, the Montenegrin company that owns the Raddev brand. Its details are on the Imprint page.

Together with the contract, you approve the estimate: scope of work, timeline and price for each stage. We only start work after that.

"How does payment work?"

Prices are in euros; you pay by invoice to the company’s bank account. We start after prepayment for the agreed scope. A large project can be paid in stages, as they are split in the estimate.

If new tasks come up along the way, we first estimate how much they add to the timeline and price. You decide whether to do them now or in the next stage.

"Will you sign an NDA?"

Yes, before you send us the project details.

Only the people working on your task have access to the materials. Our contractors work with us under contract and are obliged to keep data confidential.

"Who owns the code and access?"

You do. The domain, hosting and repository are registered to you from the very start. We hand over the code with a description of how the project is built, so another team can develop it too.

When the work is finished, we delete the access to your websites and services that we needed, and recommend changing the passwords.

"How do you handle personal data (GDPR)?"

We process data under GDPR rules. We only collect what we need for the work and keep it for a limited time: a request without a contract for 12 months from the last contact, contract materials for 5 years after the contract ends.

The website is hosted on a server in Montenegro; requests are received by Bitrix24, with a server in Serbia. Analytics only switches on if you agree in the cookie banner. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

"Do you take on small projects?"

Yes, from a landing page to an internal system. What matters is not the size of the project but whether it needs development at all.

If a website builder or a ready-made service is enough, we’ll tell you in writing. For example, a simple business-card website without integrations or custom features usually doesn’t need development.

"Can we start with a small task?"

Yes. You can start with a review of your website or integration, or with a single improvement. That way you’ll see how we estimate tasks, communicate and report before agreeing on a bigger project.

If your website then moves to our support, the cost of the review counts towards the work.

"What happens after launch?"

We can stay on for support: updates, fixes, speed improvements, new features. We test changes on a copy first and send a report every month: which tasks we did and how many hours each took. An hour of work costs €45. More on the Support and development page.

If you need people to find your website, we can also take on marketing.
